Hello was wondering if anyone here could help me unlock an lg g4015 phone...my provider is AT&T and i wanna switch it to cingular....any help would be appreciated...

but you see i am from the caribbean and my cousin sent it for me from the states. and when i put in one of our sim cards it asks for the restriction code
