Another great review Michael. Well done.

I think the selling point of this n6600 is the display. The display is very nice. And as I recall that a third software party will let you take longer video rather than only for 9 sec.

No, I doubt I will as the SX1 is not available.

okay a few 6600 questions, hopefully there is someone that has actually used the phone or has the phone and can answer some of these questions:
  • Is it possible to compose a MMS with a midi file attached? I remember when i tried doing it with a 7250 it always gave me the message saying "file copyrighted" or something like that when i tried attaching one of the nokia tones, but if memory serves me right, it allowed me to attach a normal midi file that has been uploaded from the computer, i just want to make sure that you can in fact send MMS' with sound (not just receive).
  • Is there a way of showing the duration of the call while IN the phone call? IIRC no nokia phones have been able to do this only AFTER the call has been made, a "call summary" will show up (well for all non-symbian nokia phones anyway, i've never had a nokia symbian phone)
  • What files can be used for ringtones? .wav? .mid? .rmf? (not sure about this one, but thats the file extension my brother said he uses on his 7650) .mmf? .mp3?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks

i'm sorry for the late reply rajiv. I didn't use the software for the n6600 but i use it for n3650. I don't know the name of the software because it only said video camera. Actually I don't have n3650 but my friend has one. And I play with it all the time (almost). Sorry, but if i find out i will let you know
