Angry d 500 problem loading mp3's

samsung d500 is driving me mad !!!!!! i can upload and download pictures but when i try to upload mp3's the upload button just stays grey so i cant load my mp3's onto it.spoke to samsung customer services but to say they arnt interested is sumthing of an understatement,can some one pleaseeeeee help me ?

Are you using bluetooth ?
Get a bluetooth usb dongle.
There's no button, just drag and drop into folders. It's as easy as pie.

tried that

thanks mate but ive tried that and it hasnt worked,it will download and upload images but not mp3's.i dowloaded one of the 2 mp3 tracks that are preloaded on the fone but when i try and put it back on the fone,the fone turns itself off and back on again half way thru.

hi , i have experinced a problem with uploading mp3s , turned out that the file name was to long and needed to be shortened, might be the same problem that you have .... worth a try :-)
