S55 addressbook display and ringtones

Got my S55 back today, so far so good, they even upgraded the software to v16

Anyways, a few questions:

Is it possible to display the address book as Firstname Lastname instead of Lastname, Firstname?

Secondly, is there any way to set all the ringtones in one go, as opposed to having to set each group/type individually?

the address book issue is a common complaint with these phones. it cant be done on the phone itself. i think the only way of doing it is to synch the contacts through outlook, where you can cross map the first name and last name fields. ive done this, and it works well for me
