BIG WEIRD PROBLEM WITH K700i

I've just bought a K700 (for my gf actually) she used it for 2 days, it's a O2 unit which is suppose to be a German set. (With english and chinese built in)
She used it for 2 days without a glitch, working very well untill yesterday i load in a couple of Java games, everything worked well untill suddenly the whole thing went hang; ofcourse, the power switch doesn't off it. So i had to do the battery removal thingy. Afterthat, my gf's sim card doesn't work in the K700 anymore, i tucked it in, and after 15 seconds, the whole thing went hang. It works fine with my sim card thou. And my gf's sim card works fine with the other T610, 3310, 6600, Z200 in my house. What exactly went wrong? My gf's sim card is from the same operator as mine, thou mine is a 64k and hers a 32k. Whats up with that?? Very weird.

Reflash and ask her to get a new SIM.
