Sony Ericsson Service Center

i am going later today to get my firmware (k700) upgraded. i took out the warranty card and noticed there is no stamp! do you think ill still be able to get it for free? or do they really care about the dealer stamp. i bought my phone from lucky plaza but im not sure if that guy will stamp it for me when i go back. i just got it yesterday too.

Hey...you live in Singapore? Well if you bought the phone from Lucky Plaza, and the shop looks legit, I'm sure you can ask them about it, and if they don't, then demand your money back. You could, if you wanted to and if they don't give your money back, report them to the police, seeing as this is Orchard Road, and not some Geylang back alley -_-". Er, but before you do that, I suggest you go to the Nokia centre first and see if they notice...

yea i live in singapore. already had that plan to report to the police. ill just see if they will stamp it for me b4 i go to the service center cuz its a long walk (across the street is long for me =/)

What is it Asian countries and warranty stamps? Why don't the phone companies just sell EVERY phone with warranty? I've heard of similar issues with cameras etc.
