Query on F700 & S700i

Hi everyone, I recall reading somewhere (mobile-review or esato I think) about a prediction that SE would be making a phone announcement sometime in the middle of Sep, an announcement of the oft said but never seen F700, said to be S700 packaged into a K700 and more... I was wondering if anyone has any new info pertaining to this sweet sounding device...

On another note, what's the likelihood that the S700 would have its specs bumped up at the last minute? I'm asking this cause it's reported 32MB memory space would now not even be comparable to its lesser cousin, and new offerings from other companys, such as Motorola, for which the model (can't remember the model name) is said to have 62MB on-board memory...

the F700 is still in production but its gona be supreme. the best so far. what moto has 62mb onboard memory? and the s700 can support up to 1gb according to the latest released s700 cebit video. i dont think theyll touch s700 specs. its good now, another reason they wotn change it is cause a guy has already got a engineering model on another forum.

What's the F700 like? Is it a smartphone?

As for the s700, I hope they can still change the battery coz from what I saw in the SE site, it uses the same battery as the Z600. Meaning, battery life will be really crap.

If S700 uses the same battery as P900 i would definitely consider buying, oh well.

If the rumors are true then I'd definitely wait for the F700. Let's alll hope that the physical appearance won't be as disappointing as the K500i/F500i.

i think the design on f500/k500 was meant to be unpleasant, to push people to buy the higher-end version (i.e. k700).

the virtual silver version of the K500i just got released in Singapore today. think they resisted releasing the cosmetic blue one 'cos it looks ugly as hell in that colour. The virtual silver one at least does not look too bad, though I must say, there's a certain resemblance to the Siemens CX65 and a certain Motorola model, can't remember which.

In any case, to add on to the rumours I read fr some other site, they're saying now that the "real" F700 will actually be known as F900. F700 is actually the K700 with the mere addition of a mem card slot.

Whatever the case, I can't wait for the moment when official news finally breaks out (around 14 or 15 Sep I hear, just 12 days away!)

How trustworthy is your source? How sure are you that this announcement will happen on the 14th or 15th?
