FW10 - update failure
How do you update ? When I hold down the nav key amd switch the phone on, as soon as I let the buttons go it goes off !

If I hold the button down and start the upgrade, it now finds the phone BUT it goes off and fails to load.

Help !!

not to worry, I'm persistent and managed to get the software to find the phone, its loading now !! Yippee !

I'll update later.
