I have seen posts regarding occational strange behavior regarding the Nokia 3650 and it turning off. My phone is on T-Mobile USA and about every other week, I have found out it has turned it's self off. I thought it was a phone problem. However, for about a month I was in an area of the US where there is no GSM coverage at all (Upstate New York, near Canada), and I kept my phone on the whole time to use as a camera etc. Not once did it turn it's self off!! Could this have something to do with the network provider? I would be curious what other experiences people have had.

not had that problem
But I have had a problem where when I call on the cell, I can hear the voice of the person at the other end, but they can't hear me. Not sure if its the phone or the T-Mobile network.

Well, it could just be that the part of the phone that crashes is only doing its thing when there is a signal.
Consider the (absurd) situation where there is a bug that crashes the phone whenver it displays a full strength signal. You would never crash the phone from this bug in your situation. I'm not saying that it couldn't be the network. perhaps the network is sending a bad ID or something, who knows. But I would think it more likely a problem with the 3650 firmware.
