Kisen P83

Hi,

I bought the Kisen P83 china mobile yesterday and found that when playing video files it plays slowly (Clip by Clip)and even the inbuilt and video capture from the mobile itself also plays slowly and i am not able to install any software because of not knowing the O/S ,I tried with the 3gp and MP4 formates and they are not supported.

When searched in Google found most of them having the same problem
Kindly suggest or provide solution to resolve the problem,Other wise its a very nice mobile with cool features.

mmmm... let's try to treat it as you would a computer. Does it have a memory card? If yes, I suggest that you move all the files you have (like text messages, photos, mp3's, tones, etc) to that memory card - this would free up the memory of the phone, which in turn might make it faster.

does it have a screensaver or a program that's on all the time? If it has a task manager - you should use that, and close all the other programs you have running in the 'background'... again, this would free up more memory, and might make it faster.

how you doing to read the files 3gp or mp4 I 4 files on my memory card but I was not open the video player can you excuse me for English I'm not gifted

comment tu fais pour lire les fichiers 3gp ou mp4 j'ai 4 fichiers sur ma carte mémoire mais j'arrive pas a ouvrir le player video peut tu m'expliquer excuse pour l'anglais je suis pas doué.
