needed advice on lg 1400i

lg 1400i is there anymore codes for this phone besides *#06# and 2945#*# this phone lock in cingular and i have suncom ,its asking ,for a restriction code and cingual wont give it out. my daught bought the phone on ebay and it was to be unlock for suncom and now she stuck at this point. i contact my provider the did try but they fail. someone here my can help .tell me if there a calulator or do i need a data cable are theres codes for this phone point me in the right dirrection please . thanks tinsc from the south
