Mia EF61 - Message Tones

Hi there

I have an EF61 Mia (and love it!) but whilst I have managed to get my own MP3 songs as ringtones, I cannot see how I can get my own "message" tone, for when i get an SMS message.

All it brings up is the standrard pre set ones - anyone have any ideas? I have connected the phone to my PC but cannot even see anywhere where these pre set ones are stored!
