Pocket Loox T830, very poor telephone sound quality

The T830 has very bad telephone sound quality. It sounds hollow and I hear an echo. It also sounds way too silent. If I turn up the volume, the audio is distorted and I cannot understand the person I'm talking to. And the irony , nobody seems to care about this problem inspite of the fact many are having same.
