one can download software to enable this phone to work with e-mail. i have read the phrase "e-mail client" and i understand it to mean what it sounds like.
this downloadable software appears to be quite radical. is there software available that will enable the 7250i to work as a voice recorder? will it be easier to make an ostrich fly? |

What the heck are you talking about?
The 7250i has an email client in it already. What are you looking to download? And there is nothing particularly interesting about the downloadable software. They are just normal java applications, like those used in most other current GSM phones.

My 7250i refuses to download software (Java apps) from either my network wap site (O2 Ireland) or the Nokia site.
Has anyone else had this problem? It's software version 3.22.

i fear that nokia markets the 7250i not to have a facility for e-mail.
i do not see it in the local publications or .com websites. "I wish it had real email support" - you said this yourself in your review of the 7250. but i made an even bigger mistake: i meant to ask whether one can download software to allow voice recording... sent to you from the dark ages...apparently. |

Is it possible to upgrade a normal 7250 to the "i" version?
