poor customer service

Hi I am new to this forum but I was curious if anybody has had experience of the worst custumer service on the face of the planet from benq-siemens.
I live in Ireland and called to see if it is still possible to buy siemens phones nobody was willing to even try and answer the question. I was given phone numbers to call which appear to be inactive and was fobbed off at every turn. If anybody knows how to get any information on the availability of phones I would appreciate the help I have allways had siemens phones and have had no trouble until now and I would rather give up using a mobile than have to use nokkia.

Hmmm, not sure of most of those, some of the phones on those sites are prehistoric and the rest are overpriced. As usual in Ireland!!

If it's a BenQ-Siemens ya want tango945, you could go across the border to NI like i did. The Carphonewarehouse have the EL71 for around £110stg sim free and Phones4u have the EF81, not sure how much tho....

I have an EL71, its a good wee phone.

Charging issues is a hardware problem and you might need to bring it back to the seller.
