Java Games
More and more phone are Java enabled these days. The idea of Java is to enable us (mobile user) to use apps/games on top of the phone built-in apps/games.
However, not all Java application are created equally. Java games written for Nokia Series 40 phones does not work SE T610, although they are Java-enabled phone. Is there any way to let Nokia Java Games run in SE T610 ? |

moile Java games are usually designed for specific device because that way they can take advantage of the device capability (e..g color depth, audio quality, button layout etc). Many publishers will release games for multiple devices in order to cover more gamers, and some games may able to run on both Nokia and SE without modification.
In short, if a game is designed specifically for Nokia and the publisher did not mention support for other devices, it probably won't run on SE. ben

While that is true, I have found THQ's Tetris and MotoGP games to work on any device I have tried them on (7650, T610, P800, T720). I think java game developers should follow their lead, as it can be frustrating to buy a new phone and find out there are no games for it.
