LG KG800 Chocolate T9 dictionary only saving one word

Hi all, if i add a word to the dictionary it saves it, if i go to add another it overwrites the one i previously saved! Surely the phone allows more then one personal word in the T9 right?

Thumbs down me too!

I have the same problem, i enter a word in the t9 dictionary but it forgets it after another entry. Very frustrating indeed.

Might just be an initial firmware problem...

There is sometimes a menu option in LG phones to show the firmware, but they took it out for the Chocolate. The only way is to take it to a shop.

Hi there.

KG800 Codes
-----------

IMEI:
*#06#

Code to enter ENG MODE :
2945#*#

Entering numbers between the * and the last #
like below brings up the same menu
2945#*0000#

Scell Info Summary:
Ncell Info Summary:
2945#*1000#

To check the firmware on the phone...

Go to option 7 S/W version, and it'l be on there.
I dont have tht box on me atm, but I'll post the date on the box, and the phones S/W version info up later on.

I defo's know that they've changed the fw in the space of a couple of months as this is my 2nd chocolate. Had to return the other one due to a lot of problems that I reckon were fw related.

I you can post the info up on you fw version, and then any bugs, or problems you've encountered that would be pretty cool. Gives us an idea of the rate LG are squishin em!

LG K800 Chocolate Bluetooth issues

Is anyone experiencing issues with the connecting to bluetooth devices and staying connected?

I recently upgraded to the LG K800 from a very reliable Nokia 6680. I have a bluetooth built in car kit and connected to the Nokia with no problems using it fine.

I`ve paired my LG ok with it and authorised the pair. The LG then connects and disconnects to the car kit every 20 seconds - very annoying and impractical

Is their a known issue?
The authorised dealer that upgraded the phone does not want to help, Orange can`t do anything, so I`m lost. Its a great fun (to look at) but frustrated by the lack of bluetooth functionality I`m experiencing.

Can anyone help or advise.

Thanks
