Gmail account on P910i

Can any1 get a gmail account to work on p910i. I get it to work using profimail???

Gmail supports POP email, so it should work on the P910. Follow the instructions in the Gmail help though, as it uses diferent ports. It may not work if your provider blocks certian ports.

I dont think its a service provider thing cuz I get it to work using profimail. The inbuilt email client dont hav an option to use ssl which I think is necessary for gmail to work. Profimail works just fine. I wanted to kno if anyelse was able to successfully use gmail using the inbuilt email client???

Yes, you need SSL. If your client doesn't support it, you won't get it working directly.

My email client is the built in one in my p910i. So no1 will ever be able to use gmail on a p910i???
