GX22
for the much much much better screen (both main display and sub display) CG silicon rulz e700's OLED doesn't live up as a viewfinder(it's crap actually, once u compare that to GX22's sub display) and, GX22 has multicolor LED-flash illumination and wayyyyyy better keypad for sms/dialing |

as far as i know
no not yet probably have to wait longer than we previously expected but plans/roadmaps are already out there back at CeBIT: 1. sharp's GX30/2/8 scheduled for late summer 04 release 2. samsung's upgraded V series (demo machine is already out, forgot the model number) with a flip style similar to panasonic's P505iS 3. sony's GSM version for a machine similar to SO505i. the interview confirmed that they are ready to launch 1.0MP+ camera phones in non-jp market (slowly upgrading the P900 while ripping people off with T630?) 4. LG has shown interest (upgrading the G8000?) 5. NEC and mitsubishi would be upgrading their i-mode european line of phones (but no, not on the 3G nec E series yet) 6. nokia's NGAGE2 on display (apart from built in camera and biggerscreen, everything is unsure) yes the technology is out there and nokia and motorola are trying to rip people off with super crappy 0.1~0.3MP CMOS phones (the modules only cost 10USD btw... that's what sharp said last year just after J-SH52 was launched) clearing the inventories? hmm.... not enough stocks? motorola was surprised at the market response for low quality camera modules, THAT's why they ran out of the parts. |
