LG 8330C Phone Connect Problem

Hi, just recieved my sis's 8330C on 3. First thing I thought i'd do is put some music on it so installed the datacable usb drivers and Phone manager on my computer. It connected on COM 18 which was the default but when I click LG Phone in LG Phone manager it is meant to give me folders of images, audio etc and it gives no folders there. The phone is connected but the folders arent showing up for some reason. Please solve this.
