Don't know the web settings for my NEC n840 (and cingular doesnt support this phone)

I've tried and tried and just cant seem to get the correct settings for my NEC n840 to get on the web or do MMS messages or anything.

The only thing ive found so far is the Connection profile (which gives me about 20 options) like:

3-DB-GPRS
NewWorld-GPRS
PEOPLES- MMS

etc.

if anyone knows how to set this up it would be greatly appreciated. On howardsforums ive seen they have a cingular set up with correct IP's etc but I cant even find where to imput them. I'm clearly missing a few steps.

I also have an email if you wish.

bpatterson@sdmart.org

Many thanks if you can help

There's no option to make a new one? Does the NEC website not have GPRS settings for its phones?

I checked necmobile and some others, and got some general settings from howards and such but not specific to this phone. So just checking to see if anyone had both cingular and an NEC n840 and a simple comparing of notes would solve my problem.

I was also thinking of paying a cingular employee 20 bucks to set it up during his 'break'
