Lightbulb Blue Tooth doubles as Hearing Aid?

I am not a wiz at all the new cell-tech stuff. I do have a Nokia and a blue tooth and am constantly amazed at what this stuff can do.

My question is about the Blue tooth type of ear device. Does anyone know if there is a model that can act as a hearing aid when not connected to a call? It would amplify the conversation nearby the mic and reproduce them in the ear part. It seems some of them are exactly what is needed with all the background and wind filters. I wouldn't doubt the bluetooth technology surpasses that of hearing aids.

Any insight into this would be helpful.
