Subsidy unlock code for motorola v635

Hello i have a motorola v635 phone i got thru orange network in the uk now i am living in the states with no orange service i enjoyed the phone and would like to use it here but it keeps asking for a subsidy password/unlock code does anyone know how i would be able to unlock it and what the code would be? thank you

The subsidy password is specific to your phone, you cannot simply use one that worked for someone else. However this subsidy password can be circumvented by unlock software available here: Unlock Motorola V635 (http://www.cell-unlock.com/other-vxxx.htm). This remote solution will only take 10 mins and will permanently unlock your phone.

You can also call your new carrier, and they may be able to contact Motorola and unlock it for you. Tmobile did this. They do not garauntee it will work though. ALSO, be careful, if you enter the incorrect code too many times, it will ruin your device.

I just called for an unlock code recently, and the rep said that T-Mobile will only unlock T-Mobile and Cingular phones...
