Other than going to each manufacturer's site one by one, is there someplace that shows many brands and phone devices in one place? for when your trying to decide on one. Thanks

The sites I frequent are http://www.mobile-review.com/index-en.shtml which has lots of phone reviews, http://www.gsmarena.com/ which has a few really good reviews imo and the specs of many phones which you can compare. I use http://www.mobilesquare.com.sg/ to compare phone prices here in Singapore and see which phones are going down in price.

A good Eurasian one is gsmarena.com...

The American equivalent of is phonearena.com or phonescoop.com, the latter of which has info on each (major) carrier...

My regularly visited sites are mobileburn.com, infosyncworld.com (although they have a broader focus rather than just cellphones), phonearena.com, phonescoop.com, and gsmarena.com...those usually get me whatever info I need:rolleyes:

To be honest it seems like such a copy of gsmarena, but still it's good...while there may not be many reviews (3 right now) that's no doubt due to the age than anything else. I like the reviews because unlike GSMArena which gets theirs from mobilemania.cz and translates them incoherently, they make sense because they are written in English right off the bat...kudos to your friend. Must've taken lots of work!!!:D

Those reviews are mine.. I have worked hard on the reviews.. But the reviews are not upto the mark.. I am not happy with my reviews.. the connectivity part is not in detail.. i have just started out, be rest assured that the reviews are gonna improve.. It will be a lot more detailed.. but it wont be as long as michael's reviews.. We dont get all the handsets to review phones that is a major problem.. so am searching for a person who can review the latest high end phones..

Actually the website is owned by me and my friend.. The look of the main page is gonna change drastically in the next few days.. We are gonna make it more attractive.. Its a fact that our inspiration is gsmarena, but we are gonna beat them someday (thats our dream :D ) anywayz fonearena.com was launched only in april. We need more traffic for our website and more regular posters for the forums..

HAHA well then kudos to you...sometimes the shorter the better. While I love the detailedness of Michael's or Eldar's reviews, sometimes I find them too long, making me long for concise reviews...

I wish you the best luck for fonearena!:D

I like GSM arena's reviews, i read through all of michael's reviews on phone that im particularly interested in, and i hate eldar's reviews. firstly cause he always reviews a prototype instead of a finished retail version. secondly becuase whoever translate from russian to english, their translation skills seem to be getting worse than better. plus i dont really care for some of eldar's comments, as some of them are very wrong sometimes.

i like michaels reviews when i'm free. I read reviews from MB, gsmarena and infosyncworld. I find each of them is only worth reading, say a review depending on phone models. Michael is a very practical person, at least from what i notice, fancy stuffs wont cheer him up, instead practical, functional and else would. i guess~ and for gsmarena, i felt that it has the most balance of all reviews. infosyncworld errmm... too particular in terms of their prefference towards a certain product line say, S60 and Treos .... they're bewitched by them.... anyway, all in all for my investments (future phone) i'd stick with michael's

I must concur with you Box215 about Eldar's reviews...they definitely need a better translator. Your head hurts just trying to comprehend everything...

However, I tolerated it with my anxiousness for the N90...heck I wanna learn as much as I can!:p

i think at this point its no use discussing it further.

lets wait for it to come out ( no offence to moby but i dont hold an opinion till i have held it used it for a couple of days then gone thru what i base as good parameters for a cell am i happy )

we all seem to know its good and bad points on paper and beyond that...... any discussion now after all the detailed so called reviews.

I am any way sure one of our earlier adapter bros here like rohan will have a review of it sooner or later.

HA being in the US, there's a slim chance I'll be able to see the phone in person:rolleyes:
