Pay as you go - international service - razr

Hey,
I need to get a phone in California, that is bluetooth and international, and preferably pay as you go. I would like to get the Moto Razr, but will either TMobile or Cingular let me use it internationally if it's pay as you go?
Are there any other options?

No as far as I know there is no international PAYG from T-Mobile or Cingular
