Sync with Nokia 6630

Hello any one and thank you in advance:

I have a new Nokia 6630 that I can log into my phone BUT the sync with my Outlook does not work - it used to work with my PC Suit 6.4 but after upgrading to Ver 6.5 i get the following message: (install 6.4 after taking 6.5 out does not help at all, i tried)

FYI: my phone is fully in idle and no application is running apart from the Bluetooth:

Possible Solution

Please ensure your phone is in the idle state showing your network provider's logo, and then restart the Synchronisation.
