T-mobile UK upgrade

Hi, When I click "upgrade" in my t-mobile user account it says my account needs to "mature"
Does anyone know how old my account needs to be? I've been on T-mob for 6 months. Hope someone can help.

if it's anything like orange, then within 3 months of contract end. if you really want to upgrade then give them a ring and they'll give you a quote. don't expect it to be much cheaper than full handset price though

I always found that ALL the networks rip you right off when it comes to upgrades. In all the years I've had contract mobiles I've never upgraded on the bases that it's to expensive and you can get he same handset on the same tariff for loads cheaper. Cheers for the reply thought, was just curious.
