tossup between 6600 n 3230.wats ur call ?

guys
i know 6600 is been a ever popular model............
how does it augur with 3230 , a new model which has been introduced
quite recenlty here?
though they r in different segemnts,
i am unable 2 decide b/w 2 of them?

The advantage of the 6600 is its price (less than 250 usd) and also a normal MMC card.. Whereas if you can spend some 100 usd more you can get Fm radio, a better screen, a better camera. So you decide..

But please have a look at 6630, the price has now dropped and its between the 350 - 400 usd range you will get stereo support, much better camera then the 3230 and 6600 but no Radio. One more disadvantage is the Dual Voltage memory card. So have a look at all the phones compare the features and then decide.

at least it's cheaper, stable, relatively error-free by now, has an IR port, uses a normal (and cheaper) MMC, and has flawless bluetooth connectivity. (some bt pc cards dont work with a 3230).

At the same time, the 6600 is so popular now it's almost a plague:p (at least in Eurasia from what I've heard) If you want a more distinct phone, go for the 3230. It's worth it getting the higher resolution camera, slimmer size, Pop-port for MP3 playback (albeit mono) and USB connectivity...

and the 3230 screen is brighter and sharper! i know the resolution is the same.. but it really is brighter and sharper.

which mite other wise discourage ne 1 from buyin a piece..?

The 3230 has very poor build quality, perhaps this review will help:

These guys do very detailed reviews, its a small phone, I've actually used one, I like the size of it, its very slim also, but the keypad is annoying (too small) and the camera quality isn't that great, but no doubt better than the 6600 which is only VGA.

If you need to change SIMs often then 3230 isn't for you, the back cover is very hard to remove, read the above review and see what you think.

id go for the 3230. its got more gear and wont be outdated.
