6680 Games

Hi there peeps,

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems installing games to their 6680?

Am using Nokia App Installer but loads of the games come up "unable to install, invalid file".

My bro has 6250 and they go onto his fine.

Any ideas?

Well, 6250 can't take games, so what phone does he actually have?

To be honest, it sounds as though you are using Java games and the best experience tends to be from proper SIS ones.

Yeah they are java games, just funny that this phone doesn't seem to be able to play them.

as 6680 is latest symbian only latest games and mostly sis games work better.but even java games work on my 6680.

Well, yeah, java games work on most phones...especially S60

Must just be mine then, am having probs anyway.

Got a 256 mem card in it and keeps coming up memory full, close applications, when there is nothing open and loads of memory.

May as well just go to Orange shop and get it sorted there

If the phone says that, then the phone's memory is the one overloaded. A simple solution to that is just to restart the phone, to clear up the RAM that's been building up:D

It comes up nearly every time though, and the restart crashes, so i have to take out the battery, take out memory card, put back batt and restart then put in memory card.
