I keep having the problem where my 7610 is continuing to restart on me. Like it crashes during the opening of an app for example and restarts...Sometimes its good and wont turn off at all during the day but then will turn off continously during the night. And when i wake up its usually off. Ive read that the battery life is pretty crap, but surely it can last a full day without needing to be recharged right?? Im going to maybe re-format it, do you think that will do the trick? Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be awesome!

It sounds like it has a software problem, bring it to Nokia for a reflash.

Yeap! You must first try to re-format it. In case the problem still persists, take it to Nokia Service Center. I had the same problem with my 7610 and actually that re-format trick worked. :)

Hey If my phone hangs a lot due to muvee, do I also have to re-format my phone? If I do this is it possible that my problem with my 7610 will be solved?

hi there,
have you tried to replace the batt with another one?
have you checked out the batt contacts at the back of the phone? Happened so many times on my 7250 before - found out that the battery is kinda loose, and was disconnecting when the phone is tilted one way. :)
do you always have your bluetooth on?
if it's not the batt... then yes, try to reformat your phone, be sure to backup everything first on your PC, ok?
still, if that reformat doesn't work... try to do a hard reset, the "four-fingered salute", it might work.
and still if that fails... the have your phone re-flashed at the nokia centre.
cheers!

Yes I did restart my phone: so here what I did, restart the phone, then I use the muvee app again, well Its good my phone didnt slow down but after 4 to 5 edits of a video clip. The problem starts again. muvee really needs a lot of memory.
