Mono Sound

Does mono sound really sound that bad? I know it's obviously not gonna sound as great as stereo, but I would imagine it's bearable...like AM radio? :confused:

it doesnt sound bad, but when you hear stereo you wouldnt want to go back.

it aint that bad.. u can hear the guy singing.. only the background instruments are not clear as compared to stereo..

Yeah there is no definition between the intruments. Also it has very little bass which makes it sound empty.

Yeah because I'm torn between the 6620 and 3230...there may be a chance I'll get a new phone this summer, but I doubt my parents would buy me even a 6630, let alone an N90. I mean, both have EDGE, but I sacrifice stereo sound for the megapixel camera...:(

the only thing i dont like about mono, is having purchased £15 worth of music, not to beable to appreciate the richness in which it was recorded (at least to the degree that cd's can retain that quality) then its kinda crap.

you could just save, stop thinking that you havent got that new phone all the time and by the time you know it you will have enough to buy the majority of new phones on the market. Trust me, a little here and there and in no time, you'll see.

There is really no pressure at the moment to get an upgrade, i mean the phone you have now is still good. it does mo things than most people's phones (u the one with the 3650 no?) so jus wait. you can then have stereo, and a megapixel cam (from any of the n series or k750i or others which will fit those specifications)

I guess you're right, but I get bored with technology really easily, and so I need my "fix":p I love my phone and all, and I know that it can do a lot more than most people's phone, but I just want a change and upgrade...

yeah, I agree with jose... just save up for the 6630. If you had that, then you wouldn't have to sacrifice either - coz it has both stereo sounds and a megapix camera.

FEEDING the fix only makes it stronger. You'll end up returning to the cycle where you yearn for the NEXT upgrade.

Control the "new phone urges". Easier to say that to do. :D

Just find out for yourself... listen on your n-gage and then on your 3650... you'll see the difference.
If I were you I would take the 6620 obviously, the 3230 is cheap, slow and the megapixel camera isn't that good anyways.

Yeah, I finally came to that conclusion...after awhile I'd go crazy with mono:p
