V3 or FZ20??

Ha! i purposely put the name V3 to attract some users to give me opinions. I'm actually looking for a camera, i've finalised to these 2, Sony Cybershot V3 or Panasonic Lumix FZ20. Whic one would you guys get? I'm leaning more towards the FZ20 thou~
