E700 predictive text

Is it true you cannot save new words on the predictive text on the E700? Is this true for all Samsung? Is it only Nokia that you can save new words on?

Hi.. untrue..
The E700 is the first Samsung Model that allows New Words to be added to the dictionary. And yes, Because there's a dictionary, of course there is T9.
