Anyway, I don't think there is a Nokia 3220b just the Nokia 3220.

hey dudes, the Nokia 3220 is not the same as the Noka 3220B I think. The 3220B is a phone sold by T-Mobile USA.

The 3220b is sold all over the Americas, not just T-Mobile. It is in no way a carrier-specific handset...the "b" just means it's got American triband frequencies 850/1800/1900MHz, where as the 3220(a) has got the EMEA triband 900/1800/1900MHz...
But for all intensive purposes, especially when unlocking, they're the same:)
