Adding shortcuts to 'Go To' Menu

Hi,
I know i read this somewhere dont remember where but do u guys know a way i can add any application i want to the go to menu?
Currently i can add applications that have the 'add to go to' option only but i wanna add a couple more

for people who use smart movie:

when you add a .avi file to goto, does it open up that file or the last file you played (or just go to smart movie menu)?
