Where To Get New Firmware in UK?

If I want to get the latest firmware on my phone, can anyone suggest where I can go?

Do Carphone Warehouse Nokia Service Centres do this? How much do they charge?

Carphone warehouse do this yes. They charge around £25 - £30 i think, but its free if your phone is still under the warrenty.
