So I ordered a Nokia 6800 from TMobile's online store, and it just came today. Beautiful little thing. All the features I could ask for, including a radio for Pete's sake! :)
I haven't seen any evidence of some of the problems that I read about here, but I'm keeping a close eye on it.
For now, I would like to know, since there is an IR option on this phone, is there a way to get it to connect with a Compaq iPaq for the purpose of backing up the phone book?
Yeah, I know you can get a data cable for the PC, but for one thing, I don't want yet ANOTHER piece of software running on my system, and for another I really don't want to have to spend any more money on this thing just yet.
If the cable's the only method of connecting, then no big deal, but if I can get it to talk over IR to the iPaq, it would save some hassle.
Any ideas?
