Nokia 9500 software

Is there software to edit the 9500 to make is better like the Motorola software? If yes where can I find it? Is it in English only or is it available in German?

Reason: I have a friend who has the phone and is looking for software to make the speaker on the 9500 louder. Currently the speaker is so week that it is not even worth using! In addition, my friend’s English is not so good.

Do you think perhaps there is something wrong with that particular headset? Would it be possible to demo another unit in a store? Anyone else feel the speaker isnt up to par?

Im also curious because Im thinking about this phone as an option in my cell arsenal.
