Mobile content. Suggestions please

my friend is keen to start a mobile content providing company and wants me to be a partner with him(still in talks). i have been meeting a lot of people regarding this, basically the idea is to start making wallpapers, ringtones, games, the usual stuff and be prepared and be one of the first to be able to provide content for 3g in india(which is atleat 1yr away). all this is really exciting but before i go and invest any money i wanted more ideas as to what i can offer that is different, i have met people in india but i also need what the world trend is. so is there something you would want on your mobile, any suggestions you'll could give would be great.

how about enhancement software?

like giving a phone additional zoom? additional pixels in shots? making midis play louder? extending the range of the installed bluetooth? or enhancing the voice quality of phonecalls? (similar to what EFR and FR do to non-series 60 phones)..... stuff like that maybe. Or maybe something to make phones faster to respond... similar to some PDA programs, like "Quicksilver" (if I remember the name correctly), which takes away some of the PDA processor's "wait states" thereby making the PALM PDA's faster by 3o percent.

How about comparison eccentric reviews rather than (okay-i'm-not-a-biased-reviewer) standard, boring reviews. :D

I think people are looking more at what their phone can do. like when u look at specs of a phone, u are attracted to the ones that has 5 more things listed than the last one. I think Comm is right when he said "softwares....java games". People love the extra stuff they can add too. One thing that really got me was when i could use gps software on my phone.
