Sony Ericsson have printed their "estimated commercial value" of the K750 on their Worldquest.05 site at the bottom of their legal page.

http://www.sonyericsson.com/worldquest/gb/Saopaulo/html/terms.html

As Michael points out these costs are about 25% over UK high-street prices, so at 199 GBP it looks good for the K750!

Plus the prizes for WorldQuest (including K750s abound) are to be delivered within 6 weeks of 20th March 2005 (1st June). I wonder if this means the phone will be released around then?

£200 seems a bit low... i thought it would be closer to £300-350, or maybe $450-500... i'm converting these prices from swedish money... but those prices seem more right than 200 quid

sorry, i accedentaly posted. but the swedish crown is strong right now in comparison with the dollar, making the price seem higher that it is. it should be around that price

$600 USD is CRAZY!! But generally it is that way... for the first month, the market selling price for hyped phones were generally higher than the manufacturer's intended selling price... then as time goes by, it'll stay at the manufacturer's intended selling price for around a month or two, then begins to drop. (This does not apply to communicators) For instance K700, its suppose to sell RM1699 but it was RM1899 when it started selling, then 3 months later, it was RM1300. Now, its a mere RM970. WOw! Hopefully K750 will start around RM1699 as manufacturer's intended selling price. :)

p.s. 1USD = RM3.8

as i said, $600 seems about right when you convert it to wedish money. i'm used to it being 10 SEK for 1 USD, so i see it as 6000 sek which is way to high. you get a jam for that price. but since the USD has weakened, the prices seems higher than they actually are. if the USD was the same price as a couple of years ago, this would have been about $400-450. and then you have to toss one more thing into the equation: phones are cheaper in malaysia and america than in sweden

Sony Ericsson K750 GBP 199
Sony Ericsson S710 GBP 340
Sony Ericsson S700 GBP 377
if the s700 is £377 then the k750 will be much more seeing as it has far better features and is more modern
