It did it last time i installed previous msn messenger plus! quite annoyin
One option from tech guys was to delete what i installed but msn plus rocks! its hilarious all them kinky smilies and rad sounds! :)

i didnt even realise there was plus already...only just downloaded 7.0 (havent been using msn 4 a while)

you mean windows messenger. msn messenger 4 hasn't worked for quite a while... i've used msn 7 since it went to public beta and it's been wrking fine for me.o

nooo...I had the previous to msn 7 (6. something) that was ok...nice new features, then i saw this thread and downloaded that 3.5 plus thing which was awesome. But it installed spyware from lop.com search assistant 180...hate pop ups...spyware...HATE THEM! :mad: lol. thats probably the only thing i get mad over...pop ups. but i fixed it now -- - - - i think.

i dont have messenger 4...wot u on bout lol? the first messenger i installed was 5. something...i dont remember. It was on the 3rd march 2003 (3-3-3) hence my hotmail add ! shroeder was the piano playing guy from peanuts (snoopy) i spelt it schroeder first then it went wrong so it had to be shroeder...

u dont have to install the spyware, it gives you and option when installing, jst click no continue install n there u go, no spyware

according to the it techs, they place searc assistant in programmes people want to use and when you install the thing you want it gets installed to...the only way to stop it is to not install it or if you have delete it completely.

the stupid spyware people >_< if they want to spy on us n check wot sites we go on, dont make it obvious that its there by putting pop ups and stuff....i dont think id mind but the damn pop ups :mad:

that's why they are soo long, so that people can be cheated. i usually check out the homepage to see if they're trustworthy... when i skip reading stuff like this, it's not because i don't know better. it's because i'm too familiar with compys and that makes me blasé
