Can someone tell me the difference between these phones ?

If I am not mistaken, it is just the language support. The "M" Denotes that it supports Mandarin or another language.

Actually, I believe the M is a somewhat brain-dead version, not chinese.

A bunch of features are disabled in it. Damned if I can't remember which ones, though.

meant to be a lower-cost 300, I think.

I thought the 'M' stood for messaging, as in MMS capable receive only. At least that's what phonescoop says.
