I too have conducted a review of the BT-800 and several other headsets as well. However, I reach the opposite conclusion for several reasons.
First, the outgoing sound quality is not very good in a noisy environment. It is chopped and garbled when used with either the BB7250 or 7100t. Second it is slow to connect and for many people and phones causes them to miss calls. Third Jabra support is a joke at best (on the consumer). Fourth it is is heavy and large and requires several complex button pushes to do almost anything (I know you get used to it after a while).
It appears that you use a white noise source on speakers as your noise test. Because this creates a constant noise it probably is not the best way to test for real world noise. I prefer to use a very loud TV set to simulate the sound in a noisy environment like a bar, resaurant or airport lounge where other prople are talking and there is a lot of activity. It challenges the noise reduction in wasy that white noise will not.
