P910 Exit Applications

hi, im new to tis P910. i would like to know how do i completly exit an application, currently i using e back jog dial. unlike 6630 and 7610 series 60 based phones, when i press and hold e menu button, it shows all application tts running and by pressing e "c" button wld exit it. but how about e P910??

Hey.. I Would Like To Know How To Exit A Program Too Beside Using Sman...
I Heard There Is A Program Called "X" Or Something Like That Which Can Be Used To Exit Program... By The Way, Anyone Can Send Me The Sman Installation File? I Don't Have The Latest Version..
