Orange SPV e200 help please

Hi, great forum.
I'm new and need some help please, i have an Orange (uk) SPV e200 and would like it unlocked.
The IMEI code is 351939000140669
It's not stolen or anything like that, i'm just cheesed off with Orange and want to go on O2

Ive had my e200 sat on my shelf for weeks waiting to be unlocked. Got a new c500. I need to sell the e200 but its locked to orange
