I am a globe prepaid subscriber and using my globe number in roaming here in Oman.
My problem is the frequent recept of RINGTONE messages which cost my 15 pesos everytime it arrives.I get the usual meessage if I want to delete or download.Of course I delete but still I get a 15 peso deduction from my account.
Why is this?How can I prevent this?
