gprs problem

I have a nokia 6600 on vodafone uk as pay as you go but the gprs does not work i have tried the instant set up on the voderfone uk website but it still does not work. how can i get it to work. :(

Have you called Customer Service? Maybe your plan doesn't include GPRS?
