d500 on virgin

anyone else got a d500 on virgin ? does your picture messaging/wap work?
if so can you help me with settings please

You need to go to Virgin Mobile's website and download the settings to it. It probably won't be supported because Virgin never have (and prolly never will) sold the D500.

I have a D500 on Virgin and am pulling my hair out with you over the MMS thing. My phone was originally on Orange. So far this is what i have done:

I have had the phone unlocked by clip - MMS not working
Big long call to Virgin - MMS not working
Had brand new Virgin sim card - MMS not working
flashed the phone with D500XADL2_HW28 - you guessed it - MMS not working

All i get is the message 'server not responding'

Settings used (as given by Virgin and work fine in E700)

MMS:
Profile name: Picture Message
Server URL: http://mms.virginmobile.co.uk:8002
IP Address: 193.030.166.001
Port: 8080
APN: goto.virginmobile.uk
Login ID: User
Password: leave blank

EMAIL: same as above but DNS1 is 193.030.166.003

I truely dont know what to do next but will keep trying......

to reset mms settings network provider has to send you a push message that you accept and it resets the settings automatically.
