Be very grateful if someone with this phone can confirm whether it comes with stereo headphones in the box, and also that it is possible to dump 4/5 CDs onto a large SD card and treat the phone like a normal MP3 player, i.e no qwerky catches.

Also, any comments about PC synching with Outlook/ AN Other calendaring problems.

Many thanks

:)

It comes with a mono handsfree earpiece. The stereo headphones are an optional accessory, although apparently headphones made for NEC phones also work with the GX30(i).

You shouldn't have any problems dumping large amounts of music onto an SD card, although the MP3 player is a very simple one, so don't expect to be able to make playlists or anything.

Synching with Outlook is for contacts only, no calendars. It's also a very simple function.

Uggghhh!

No calendaring! That's a pain - one of my main requirements for getting a new phone... blast!

I'll have to look elsewhere I guess.

Trawled around the web a bit more and the GX30i *can* synch schedule entries too!

Excellent ;)

Really? That's not what I've heard, but I can't verify that for you as I don't have the phone, so maybe I'm wrong :P
