Some help on 7610 File transfer

I am currently using BT for most of my file transfers btween my 7610 and my PC, however, I have just uploaded a rather large avi file to my inbox using BT. It seems it can only be moved within the Inbox and 'my folders'

Is there anyway to move this file to my MMC?

How can I set the file transfer (BT) I want 4 my 7610 to be saved on the MMC rather than e inbox?

I can't use the data cable as its always not recognising my phone...

if you wanna move this file to your mmc you have to use a file manager, you can use efile manager or handy file, it's look like an explorer, you just have to use the search mode to find you're file (write the whole name file with the extension) and then just cut and copy like you do with your computer.
if you want to use the cable, download the latest nokia pc suite (6.4 version)

but if you have a mmc why don't you use a card reader???
